About Bella Cakes Niagara

Bella Cakes Niagara is your luxury bakery and Pastry Chef/Owner Tanya Huggins is one dedicated, talented and hard working woman. 

 

Huggins attended Niagara College for business at the age of 21. Working at a local bakery, managing a restaurant and baking in her spare time convinced Huggins she can do almost anything. 

 

She parted ways with the bakery and began taking orders from home. Word got around and the fledgling business took off. Shortly after, she left the restaurant industry to concentrate on being a young entrepreneur full time.

Bella Cakes Niagara takes pride in creating delicious cakes and treats

that are the perfect addition to your celebration.

It took many cake decorating classes, a lot of experimenting, inspiration and determination to make her dreams a reality. Bella Cakes Niagara was conceived and opened in 2010. Over the past 5 years, Bella Cakes Niagara has become very successful building a large and satisfied clientele.  

Today, Bella cakes has full time staff and provides many of your favorite restaurants with daily desserts and custom cakes that they serve.

 

Never one to be idle, Huggins has committed to lifelong learning, improved her education and is now a Certified Teacher. You can find Huggins teaching in the continuing education program at Niagara College as well as teaching a selection of Wilton Cake Decorating Courses. 

You can also walk in to our Fort Erie bakery

for a treat on the way home. We won't tell.
