ABOUT PASTRY CHEF TANYA HUGGINS

Pastry Chef Tanya Huggins was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario. After several years of training under some of Canada's most talented pastry chefs, she set her sights on her own journey.
In 2008, Bella Cakes was opened on Main St.. Since then, Chef Tanya has been trusted by thousands of local residents, restaurants, banquet halls and corporate businesses. Tanya has had the opportunity to train many talented next-generation pastry chefs while enjoying her tenure as the Pastry Chef instructor at Niagara College.
In 2024, Tanya moved Bella Cakes to the newly renovated Thorold Stone Road location, near 5 Corners. This café & bakery offers the same quality cakes and pastries that have been enjoyed throughout Niagara Region over the past 16 years, and also has a full service 'café to go' that is open 6 days a week.
